Dazzling Daffodils

                   Always the flowers make us to forget our sorrows.One of them is the most beautiful daffodils.Daffodils, the flowers symbolising friendship which looks so beauty. Daffodils belong to the genus Narcissus. It has a trumpet-shaped structure and it set against a star-shaped background. Even the great poet Shakespeare wrote a wonderful poem about this Dazzling beauty.

                  More often the trumpet is in a contrasting colour from the background. The name Daffodils includes the cluster-flowered yellow Jonquils and the White Narcissi , as well as the include as the more common trumpet shaped flowers (right), members of the genus Narcissus.
                  One of the species say the Narcissus flower is quite differently in the east. In the west, the Narcissus flower is seen as a symbol of vanity. In China, the same flower is seen as a symbol of wealth and good fortune. The ancient Greeks believed  that this plant is originated from the vain youth, Narcissus. In ancient China, there is a legend about a poor but good man, who was brought many cups of gold and wealth by this flower. Since the flower blooms around this time of year, it has also become a symbol of Chinese New Year.
                 Narcissus bulb carving and cultivation is even an art akin to Japanese Bonsai. If your Narcissus blooms on Chinese New Years, it is said to bring you extra wealth and good fortune throughout the year. On top of that, it has one of the sweetest fragrances of any flower.
